Sport NI Physical Literacy Pilot

The Sport NI Coaching Children Physical Literacy Pilot course ran last weekend at the teacher Training College Stranmillis. Three sports involved in this scheme are GAA, Netball and of course Paddlesport. Each sporting group was represented by coaches and coach mentors who will explore and implement their knowledge/findings in the coming months.

Here is some footage from the recent Ocean Addicts waveski & surf kayak coaching camp. Really good group of people on the course so made it a very enjoyable week. The footage is from sessions where students were working on various skills such as getting air, cut backs and re-entries. Plenty of spills so we know they were trying!
